2011 Husqvarna TC 250

2011 Husqvarna TC 250 Review

Improvements in the TC250 has been confirmed in the European Championship MX2-up of the Council, and Jernej Irt Andrea Cervellin first and second in the championship after five rounds.

The main changes are in the engine, now equipped with a battery less Mikuni electronic fuel injection and 45 mm diameter throttle body. Big changes in the engine cylinder head has a new profile, which allowed them to increase throughout the power curve. Fuel Line Cam and exhaust gas are new, as well as the intake gradually.

The engine cover is confirmed, and now has taken the steel frame connections. Akrapovic exhaust system was designed by the manufacturer in Slovenia and the Husqvarna is a collector made of steel, titanium and steel silencer thermal protection.

For chassis parts of the area under the motor support structure and near the footrest has been completely redesigned, with forged steel side plates to reduce the lateral mass and increase resistance to deformation. This creates a single plate covering the pegs and brake pedal connections. The surface of the base has been simplified to minimize the possible impact with the ground or other obstacles. The line of control area has also improved and strengthened.

The engine guards are made of new material, which gives better protection against impact.

The aluminum hubs are polished mirror again, now with standard drilling.

The body has new graphics in the reservoir area, with the plastic mold decoration that is embedded in the actual material, not applied afterwards.
