2011 RR Roehr eSuperBike Features

With 96HP and 210 lb / ft of torque and Technology 10 kWh battery discharge high LiFeP04 the eSuperBikeRR is capable of 135mph + top speed with acceleration to match, providing the speed and scope necessary for your team is struggling for victory.

Technology Roehrig, bi-metal

The eRoehr series feature a single-beam frame, bi-metal. The frame is constructed of 4130 chrome-moly steel and 6061 T6. This method allows each material to be used in areas of the image characteristics of the materials are most suitable.

Part of the weight cycling should be strong, rigid and light, but also needs to flex enough under certain conditions. This controlled flexibility provides essential information, providing the pilot with more confidence about the limits of tire traction. In addition, Flex also adds a level of depreciation that is especially beneficial when the bike leans on the edge of the tires. In these conditions, the effectiveness of the suspension of the bike is considerably reduced due to the engine is no longer acting in parallel angle suspension.

Roehr Bi-metal body provides a level of repression that allows the tire to work better than the abuse in these circumstances.

Using computer-aided finite element analysis, bi-metal chassis has been designed using a large portion of the thin-walled, 4130, the main platform beams to provide a rigid but soft, that is related and connected to a very strong, rigid yet lightweight billet aluminum hinge plates swinging.

By combining these materials in a single structure, Roehr Bi-Metal frame provides the best combination of strength, stiffness, controlled flex and light weight. This unique technology framework is a major contributor to the handling characteristics of the series eRoehr star.
