Tribute To A Legend.
In 1967, the motorcycle market reeled in shock over the appearance of the first Italian maxi motorcycle: Created by the legendary Giulio Cesare Carcano, the Moto Guzzi V7 marked the beginning of the transverse V90 twin-cylinder 703 cc, which set a record at that time. The V7 was warmly received by the press and the public. This success led to the worldwide promotion of Moto Guzzi's image as a manufacturer of motorcycles exclusive, elegant, comfortable and reliable.
For many people, owning a V7 was one of the most important in their lives. That left them with unforgettable memories that reminded them of their youth, friends and travel together and now perhaps one of the highest points in the history of Moto Guzzi. After another 40 years of success and as part of Moto Guzzi worldwide relaunch project, the shining flame of creativity beautifully reproduced in the new V7 Classic. V7 has character to spare and an interpretation of the fantastic beauty of the basic original V7 but this time includes all the latest technologies that were unavailable to its predecessor.
The new machine is completely up to date with equipment levels, frame engineering and 750cc Euro 3 engine. V7 Classic brings earlier days to mind with the line of the tank that nestles comfortably on the tubular frame and runs back to meet the saddle. This tower is completely flat and merges gracefully with the rear fender. The home side panels of the same storage compartments so elegantly put out side view of the original machine.
The time can also be seen in the polished chrome finish on the exhaust system, shock absorbers, rear light cluster, front headlight and comfortable handlebars that house the chromed rev counter and speed. Like its predecessor, the wheels are too radios and footwear sport performance tires, while the scoring with retro style graphics houses two modern displays that provide information on operating parameters and diagnostics. Although the V7 Classic is somewhat smaller than other Moto Guzzi, is ideal for transporting passengers with a comfortable passenger seat, comfortable handles and footrest position. The V7 Classic is easy to use, instinctive and creates a sense of confidence from the outset to address. Manageable size and excellent riding position are ideal for use in mixed town and long trips.
joy of riding the machine will be further strengthened by the owners had to answer questions many curious about the white machine they are riding like he looks like his illustrious predecessor.
